BCFMCA 2024 Annual General Meeting
When
The BCFMCA 2024 AGM will take place on Sunday, February 11th 2024 from 10am to 12pm..
You must have your membership submitted before 9am on 2024-02-11 to vote during the meeting
The video conference will open at 9:45 AM, the meeting will start at 10:00 AM, please be prompt. We must wrap everything up by 12:00 PM. .
Where
The 2024 AGM will be a hybrid meeting held both electronically on Zoom video conference and in person at the Coquitlam Amateur Radio Club.
You can join a Zoom test conference at https://zoom.us/test prior to the meeting to verify the functionality of your system.
The physical meeting will be at the Coquitlam Amateur Radio Club located on the Riverview grounds in Coquitlam.

*Please note* The address above is for the entire Riverview facility. The Coquitlam Amateur Radio club is located in the distribution building alongside
SPARC and a BC Ambulance Service Station (There are two BCAS stations on the grounds and the Coquitlam club is next to station #259)
Access & Parking
If you need assistance finding the meeting location the executive will be monitoring VE7RPT and 146.520 simplex. Visitor parking is available beside the building - DO NOT park in the spaces marked BCAS. If you require additional assistance accessing the meeting please email the executive.
Zoom video conference details
The 2024 AGM has a maximum video conference capacity of 100. Should we exceed 100 members in attendance you may be unable to connect. If this occurs overflow instructions may posted here at the time of the AGM.
